To help with that first issue, we decided to offer the option to purchase Loss Protection with any pair of Flying Eyes purchased directly from us or from our partnered retail locations!

This is available for any new (non-Rx) pair you've purchased in the last 30 days either directly from us or from one of our Partnered Retailers. For those purchased through our partnered retailers, we'll just need your proof of purchase from within the last 30 days, uploaded above. If you purchased an event and do not have a receipt, we may need assistance matching your orders if the name on this order is not attached to your payment method.
*This coverage is not available for second-hand pairs purchased from private sellers or for prescription lenses. If loss protection is purchased for a prescription pair, this protection only covers the frame replacement.
You may only claim a Loss once per pair, so be sure you get protection for each pair you'd like to cover.
You may be responsible for the cost of shipping and/or customs taxes and duties of the replacement pair, depending on your location or desired shipping method.
