When moving things in the shop, namely the motorhome and the race car trailer with the truck, we wear headphones. With these glasses, I can see the gauges and onboard cameras and the glasses are not all cockeyed on my head. Thanks, Flying Eyes!!

I've purchased 2 different pairs of Flying Eyes Kingfishers since 2020. The first pair I lost on a trip. Before I lost them, customer support worked with me a couple different times because I used and abused that pair so much I continuously lost the nose pieces.
Here's where things get good. I bought my second pair, and added the loss protection this time. Guess what--I lost them about a year later, too. Without missing a beat, their customer support sent me a new pair under my loss protection. I've had that third pair for the last two years and have worn them SOOOO much (flying, driving, errands, yard work, etc) that the pin that hinges between the front of the frame and the sides broke loose. I emailed customer support to see if they would send me a new pin to repair my glasses, but they said they don't stock those to send customers. Even though THIS pair is the replacement pair for my second purchase, they are sending me ANOTHER pair right now even though I said I would buy a replacement. They INSISTED that they would send me a replacement, and not to buy a replacement.
I mean where else do you get this kind of service? You are certainly paying a premium for their product, but it is built right from the start. Every time I've had to contact customer support is because of the use I put my sunglasses through, and everytime they come through for me. Shoutout to Jennifer in the customer support department. It was a pleasure speaking with you, and I'm very grateful for my new sunglasses arriving soon.
