We’re excited for you to try on your four pairs of Flying Eyes frames! You’ll have a full week from the day your kit is delivered to test them out and send everything back. If your kit isn’t returned within that time, you may be charged for the full amount of all four pairs of frames. The try-on kit charge is non-refundable. This kit is designed for customers who know they’ll need prescription lenses. Just use the pre-paid return label included in your box to send the four pairs back.
If you decide to purchase, we’ll send you a brand-new pair with a zippered hard case, microfiber bag/cloth, information card, and a Flying Eyes sticker.
After you return your kit, you’ll receive a store credit for the kit amount (excluding shipping). This credit can be applied to your final purchase online, or used at any of our retail locations — and the best part is, it never expires! You can even use it toward accessories if you’d like.
A few quick notes:
- Only one try-on kit per customer at a time. If more than one is ordered, additional kits will ship once the first kit is returned.
- Your final purchase won’t ship until your last kit has been returned to ensure all try-on frames are accounted for.
- At this time, try-on kits are only available within the U.S. (due to international shipping and customs fees). If you’re outside the U.S., please check our Find A Retailer page for a retailer near you.
