Eligibility

The Flying Eyes Kenton Koch’s 24 Hour Daytona Race Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who sign up at https://flyingeyesoptics.com › pages › kentons-24-hour-daytona-race-giveaway-v2 Entrants must be 18 years or older as of their date of entry to qualify. This giveaway is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law. Employees of Flying Eyes, its subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, partners, advertising and promotion agencies, and directors (collectively, the “Employees”), as well as members of Employees' immediate family and/or those living in the same household, are ineligible to participate in Kenton Koch’s 24 Hour Daytona Race Giveaway.

Sponsorship

The sponsor of Kenton Koch’s 24 Hour Daytona Race Giveaway is Flying Eyes, located in Austin, Texas (“Sponsor”). The Sponsor will conduct the giveaway substantially as described in these Official Rules.

Agreement to Rules

By entering Kenton Koch’s 24 Hour Daytona Race Giveaway, the Entrant (“You”) agrees to abide by the Sponsor's Official Rules and decisions, which are fully and unconditionally binding. The Sponsor reserves the right to refuse, withdraw, or disqualify any entry at its sole discretion. By entering, You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements outlined in these Official Rules.

Entry Period

This promotion begins on January 22, 2025, at 2:00 PM Central Standard Time (CST) and ends on Jan. 26th, 2025, at 10:00 PM Central Standard Time (CST) (“Entry Period”). Entries must be received within this timeframe to be eligible.

How to Enter

  • Only one entry per person is allowed.
  • Entries that exceed this limit, including duplicate entries, may result in disqualification.
  • Your entry must fully comply with all contest requirements to qualify. Incomplete or non-compliant entries may be disqualified.

Prizes

The Winner of Kenton Koch 24 Hour Daytona Race Giveaway will receive:

  • A pair of Flying Eyes glasses of their choice, valued at $239.00.

Prize Details:

  • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be substituted for cash unless determined by the Sponsor.
  • The Winner is solely responsible for all expenses, including taxes, associated with the prize.

Odds

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

Selection and Notification

The Winner will be selected by a random drawing conducted under the supervision of the Sponsor.

  • The drawing will occur on Jan. 28th, 2025.
  • The Winner will be notified via email.
  • The Winner must confirm their selection of Flying Eyes glasses and provide any additional information required to fulfill the prize.
  • If the Winner cannot be reached, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within 20 days, an alternate Winner may be selected.

Rights Granted by Entrants

By entering, You grant Flying Eyes permission to use your submission, name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Terms & Conditions

Flying Eyes reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel Kenton Koch’s 24 Hour Daytona Race Giveaway for any reason. Any tampering with the entry process may result in disqualification.

Limitation of Liability

By participating, You agree to release and hold harmless Flying Eyes from any claims or damages arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance of the prize.
