At Flying Eyes, we’re just as committed to standing behind our eyewear as we are to making it. That’s why every pair comes with our Limited Lifetime Warranty and our 90-Day Lens Replacement Guarantee.

Limited Lifetime Warranty
Your Flying Eyes are built with high-quality materials and designed to handle adventure. If your eyewear ever fails because of a material or manufacturing defect, we’ll repair or replace it at our option — for life.

What’s Covered:

  • Defects in materials
  • Issues with workmanship
  • Failures not caused by outside damage


What’s Not Covered:

  • Accidental damage (drops, impacts, etc.)
  • Product abuse or intentional “stress testing”
  • Repeated lens swapping outside normal use
  • Alterations, negligence, or misuse
  • If your glasses are damaged outside of warranty coverage, we can still help! Repairs can be done at a reasonable charge to keep your Flying Eyes adventure-ready.

90-Day Lens Replacement Guarantee

Accidents happen, and we’ve got you covered there, too. For the first 90 days of ownership, if your non-prescription lenses are damaged, we’ll replace them at no cost.

After 90 days, you can purchase replacement lenses directly through our store. They’re designed to be easy to install yourself, so you don’t need to send your glasses back to us.

How to File a Warranty Claim

We’ve made it simple! Just text us at (512) 213-2390 with the following:

  • Your name
  • Shipping address
  • Description of the warranty issue
  • Clear pictures of your glasses from all angles

Once we receive your message, our support team will review it and guide you through the next steps. When you choose Flying Eyes, you’re not just getting the world’s most comfortable eyewear — you’re also getting peace of mind.

returns & exchanges

We want you to love your Flying Eyes. If for any reason you don’t, we make returns and exchanges simple.

RETURNS
You may return undamaged, non-custom items within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price plus applicable tax. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and we do not provide return labels (unless the return is due to our error).
If your order included a volume-based discount and returning items disqualifies your order from that discount, your refund will reflect the adjusted product price (this does not apply to affiliate coupons).

Refund timing: While we ask that you allow up to 4 weeks, most refunds are completed much faster.
This time accounts for:

  • 5–10 business days for shipping back to us
  • 3–5 business days for us to process your return
  • 5–10 business days for your bank to release the funds

EXCHANGES
Want to try a different style? No problem — we’re happy to exchange your glasses! Please include the case with your return. You’ll receive a new case and microfiber bag/cloth along with your new pair.

GIFT CERTIFICATES
Gift certificates are non-transferable and non-refundable.

We’re proud to ship Flying Eyes eyewear to customers worldwide. Please note that some products may have restrictions and certain items cannot be shipped internationally. For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties or import fees charged by their country.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Domestic (U.S.) Orders

  • USPS Priority Mail (default): Delivery within 3–6 business days once shipped.
  • FedEx 2-Day: Delivery within 2 business days once shipped.

International Orders

  • Delivery times vary by destination and may be delayed by customs clearance.

Please note: Once your package leaves our warehouse, delivery times are managed by the carrier. During holiday seasons or peak shipping times, transit may take longer than usual. Shipping estimates are not guaranteed.

Holiday Shipping Deadlines

To help ensure Christmas delivery within the U.S.:

  • Order by December 16 with USPS Priority.
  • Order by December 18 with FedEx 2-Day.

For international delivery by Christmas, we recommend placing your order by December 10.

loss protection

At Flying Eyes, we proudly back our frames with a lifetime warranty — meaning you’ll never need to buy a new pair unless you lose them or decide you want another style.

To give you peace of mind for that first scenario, we offer Loss Protection with any non-prescription pair of Flying Eyes purchased directly from us (this option is not available through retail partners).

How It Works
Available for new purchases or pairs you already own. Covers your frames for up to 2 years from the date of purchase. You may claim one loss per pair. Coverage applies only to frames with non-prescription lenses purchased directly from Flying Eyes (does not apply to third-party lenses)

If you need to make a Loss Protection claim, just call us at (512) 213-2390 with your order confirmation for the plan, and our team will be happy to help.
