He says they’re so comfortable, the thin legs help keep his headset flush — helping with the noise cancellation. He likes that there’s a gradient so he can see his ipad when looking down without it being heavily tinted. He wishes there was a bigger lens option in this exact style, he said they’re a little small for him, which almost prompted 4 stars.
I recently started flying but I'm so happy these glasses don't break the noise canceling seal of my headphones. They're not only comfortable to wear but protect my eyes as well
Used the try on kit and liked these. They fit my head pretty well.
I purchase these to deal with what I believe most pilots go through while wearing regular sunglasses. Compared to regular sunglasses that cause fatigue after multiple hours of wear, the flying eyes Osprey are a great tool amongst other tools pilots can utilize to continue flying for hours at a time.
I give these pair a 4/5 star review because of the practicality of the sunglasses. Although I believe the price is a little expensive for what they are. None the less a solid pair of sunglasses.
Nice fitting sunglasses for normal wear, unfortunately not great for aviation use. The area above the ears gets crazy sore after about an hour of use. The likely issue is the width of the side arm, its a large flat area that's pushed inward by the headphone ear cuffs.
