They fit well under my helmet and do not bother my ears.
But they constantly slip down my nose and I have to open the visor and push them back. A non slip nose piece would make these much better.
Not as comfortable for motorcycle riding/helmet as I had hoped
I bought these reluctantly because I have a few pairs of Oakley's I really like; (I find the Oakley Valve's are a little softer and reduce temple pain more than some that have very stiff ear pieces), but after a few hours with my Oakley's I have to take them off. The temple pain is too much. I wore the Flying Eyes for 4 days on the Big Bend BDR-X loop 2 weeks ago and the difference was significant; no temple pain at all. The optical clarity doesn't seem quite as good as my Valve's and I think in general the quality is a little below my Oakley's but in a motorcycle helmet the Flying Eyes are the only way to go for me. In my opinion they are expensive given the only adequate quality (hence the 4 star review and not 5), but they work and I would buy them again.
This pair of glasses have been great so far. I was in need of a new pair of sunglasses, and with riding season coming up i decided to invest in myself. I have heard such good things about flying eyes, I first did the tester box and decided on the Golden Eagles w/dark Grey lens. I have not had the chance to use under my helmet, but so far they have been so comfortable because of how light and flexible they are.
